Legs felt a bit beat up from Swanson last night; so nice and easy was the order of the day. Some crazy sumbitch chased me down with his leaf blower, then we chatted a bit in his driveway.

About a mile of easy jogging while directing tbird workout. Then 8 x200 w/200 jog (195m jog & 5m walk =75 sec) between. 37.5/38.4/37.7/37.8/36.9/36.3/36.0/35.1. Remained under control without pressing. 2 mi cd jog on hills. Right hip a bit sore. Same as yesterday. Also right knee. Ice and ibuprofen.

Met the group for a nice run from Shopko to around the Zoo. Matt, Bryan and Greg did a few speed intervals, while Ben, Carolyn, and I kept a steady pace. Nice morning out there. Ben was full of good info today--from the Easter/lunar connection to Dorm Life in Duluth. Carolyn is counting the minutes until her Boston taper. And Matt even gave credit to my Easter dinner for his successful speed work today. :D Great morning.

Nice morning to be out and about. Really enjoyed the lack of a breeze. As I approached an intersection, the light changed and I started to cross the street just south of the intersection, someone who was walking south said "excuse me, may I ask you a question? I said that I didn't have any answers, he says, I will walk with you then. I said no thanks." Took off running again, not sure where he went or what he wanted. Maybe I should have found out.
The entire family met up to go bowling last night, good time. Stayed over so we didn't have to drive during the night, now have to head west so I can finish off the day at the office. Need to find out who didn't lock the front door Friday night... Have a great Monday.
