VI run with Bob, RJ & Nel. Pretty easy as we are all recovering from something. I didn't feel too bad post-M2M but have some left knee pain and tendon in the back of knee is sore. Also that pain under right rib cage is there but not bad.

Spent all day tearing off shingles at my mom and dad's house. Fortunately we got the tear off finished. Now to put the rest of the shingles on tomorrow. Hopefully the weather cooperates. This was not fun, even more so since I didn't get back from M2M until after midnight.
