No Stravatizing today for some reason. Early up and out for a short 4 miles. The first mile I had heartburn the worst ever!! I almost had to quit! But then, I got my gut in shape and continued on. These "easy 4" felt absolutely the opposite of, so I guess I'm right on track.

Sped through my shower before meeting my group at the Lark for coffee. Can't wait for tomorrow!!! So love this day. :)

Jetted across the street to work. BIG LPS Championships today. I have someone coming in for me at 415. Molly runs at 4. 415 was the best I could do. :..(. Don't even talk about it.
