Song of the day: "Song For Adam" by Gregg Allman featuring Jackson Browne. It is the last song on Gregg's posthumous album, "Southern Blood", recorded just before his passing earlier this year. Written by Jackson (and originally appearing on his first self-titled album), the song documents the loss of a friend of his. It is said that Gregg never got over the tragic death of his brother, Duane, and that the recording of this song struck deep emotions. Jackson sings with Gregg on the song and it is a fitting last testament to Gregg's legacy.

Ran our old course from 10+ years ago that is re-opened. Farm lane to the far end of trail was muddy and my stomach was REALLY bad so not the best run. But it's gonna be nice when it dries out and I'm feeling better.

First double digit run since Lincoln half. Columbus is putting a surface down on top of the levee by Pawnee Park & Wagner's Lake area. Should make it much more consistent for use in the future.
