This may have been, pound for pound, my worst run ever; the dew point & humidity destroyed me.

Showed up @ Peak, as Mollak and Squintz arrived on foot... they were both sweating and saying how awful it was. I knew I was screwed.

Lost count of the number of times I wrung the headband out; but, when I wrung my shirt, yes, my shirt, out for the second time, I just kept it off.

I sincerely apologize for anyone in the Elmwood / Keystone / NFM / Peak areas, who will never be able to unsee CJS in skinz.

Woke up late and felt like I was so groggy and out of it. Went only one mile with the guys toward Pioneers Park. Then just stopped. I was just off. Turned around and ran back to my car. Was going to go home, but key problems haunted me yet again. My key was in Matt's car. And he had his hideakey for some reason. Soooooooo, I went running. By myself. No music. It was really nice. And much needed.

Taking some preteen girls to the pool today. Then to Shucks in Omaha with Matt and both sets of parentals.
