Had a really good one today. Competed well following the lead women and then catching all but one. Happy with consistency 5:53/5:54/6:07/0:30 with mile number 3 including some tough climbs. Won CWS tickets again which is cool. Age grades 15:26.

Great weather and a great course. I love running this not only for the trip around the ballpark but for the rolling hills and the boardwalk finish. Hip was stiff but was able to push it starting at the ballpark, enough to feel gassed at the top of each hill. Recovered on each downhill and it felt like running. If I want more I have to start doing some quality work.

Beautiful morning. Ran by Peak to Memorial Park,to Joslyn Castle (which I had never seen before - I need to go back for a tour) then to the Subway to Elmwood through Aksarben and then west to home.
