Met the guys for an easy Birthday run from a special Monday version of The Lark. Had to do my favorite Capitol Loop. The storm was quickly approaching, and we were a bit leary of being on the tallest building in LNK during a thunderstorm. But I said the sower would take one for the team. :). We made it quick with 4.4 miles and then back for coffee and treats before the skies opened up. Great start with my friends for my special day.
