Don't normally run the day before a big event but I felt stiff from the lack of running this week so I figured an easy one would be better than nothing. I know the high mileage junkies have no idea what I'm talking about but the old timers do.

Happy to have another Saturday off! Really nice morning for a run...slowly getting acclimated to more heat and sun (which I am expecting a lot more of in Berlin).

I was thinking about all you Lincoln racers for tomorrow! You worked hard for this, and I am thrilled for you all! I will see you tomorrow morning in Lincoln for the photo and to wish you off well. GOOD LUCK!!
