Tale of two runs. First 2.25 with my 6 yr old on her bike. Pace was all over and we had a few stops but I wouldn't trade it. Figured out that she needs a bigger bike. Quite the stream of comments the entire way. At the end she let me know she was happy that she was building the muscles in her legs. Valentino's post-run.

Me, Carolyn, Jason, and Ben from meadowlark at 515. Met Greg and Matt at Ed Weir after their mrp. Good times. Capitol Loop, Campus Tour, and L-I-N-C-O-L-N bridge with the Halfsy finish. Topics included running clothes' washing tips, sparkling dishes, the perfect coffee temp, and pineapples. I felt really good today. Great start to my favorite day of the week.
