Matt and I at Michelle's spin class. Holy sprints, standing hills, seated hills, and jumps. Jon Bon Jovi's Bad Medicine helped ease the pain. Then zoomed to work.

Last week Molly texted me a picture of our glass patio tabletop shattered from the wind when she got home from school. Yesterday, she sent me a photo of our Christmas tree with the exact tag line of "THE MIGHTY TREE HAS FALLEN". :/. I told her no more nasty texts. Can't wait to see what today might bring.
