Started yesterday and continued today with pain on the outside on my right hip. Get an intermittent throbbing or shot of pain. Been hitting it heavy with ibuprofen but decided today was one to be off. Went to Kearney for UNK meet and easy jogging seemed ok but kind of concerned. 3rd day off in about 14 weeks...pretty good run.

Dave is 48 on Wednesday, and Homecoming is a MUCH bigger deal, these days, than when I was in school (get off my lawn, uphill both ways).

I went a little early to get a couple before the guys showed up. Such a beautiful morning! The stars! And I wore my hat.....:) How could I not be happy to bring out my favorite accessory? Bryan, Matt, Mark, and Greg showed up and we got in some more. Such a nice start to the week. Followed it up with Matt and some Caribou Coffee at HyVee.

Big day ahead! Picking up Joni and heading to Kearney in a few hours to watch our girls. Huge Varsity CC meet. Molly is so excited. I just cannot wait.
