I wore my I CAN. I WILL! shirt to the gym this morning, and when I walked in, the guy at the front desk said, "I have that shirt!". He proceeded to tell me that he is a cancer survivor and did a fashion show and LRC gave him the shirt. However, he didn't know Andrea's story, so I had the pleasure of sharing some of her inspiring story with him. Nice way to start the day.

Bottom line good news on my specialist appointment yesterday: NOT a sports hernia or regular hernia!! Huge relief. So hopefully my injury is just a little strain to work through. Certainly it is not painful, just a mild nuisance.
