Sent the fax last night for takers on joining me to see if I do in fact, know how to run. They all jumped on board. I feel like I've been pulling everyone's leg the last 12 weeks. My irritation is in full force. Heightened by road closures to even get to stupid Shopko. The guys think it's funny. IT'S NOT.

I told them I'm changing everything up, because my current state is not working--what I wear, what I say (Ben thought I said sing:), what I eat, how I sleep--I'm changing it all! It's a new me. Day One.

An epic hill battle brightened my spirits. King Ben in da house.

TGIF. Day 2 of Huge Swim Meet. The little girls are making me super proud.

Ran the Super 5, of Super 8, with 3 SUPER people--Betsy, Carl and Justin! Apologies to Betsy for talking her ear off. Walked up the hill of Underwood St, as I'm under strict orders of no hills and no speedwork until I get my injury figured out. I have an appointment with a doctor today to attempt to do just that.
