Drove to Elm Bank and ran almost my entire run on the trails. Leg felt reasonably good throughout and actually felt the best during my last mile. Ran out of time due to family summer gathering or I would have run a few more miles.

Tough run out there today with Booty for 9.5 then solo for awhile and met back up with Booty again around 16. Had a good long run and was totally drenched for most of it.
