HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!

Took off Friday and Saturday running for a twinge (right hamstring/glute strain) that could turn into an injury. Went OK for the most part today. I wanted to go further this morning, but shut it down at 15 before it got worse. Squints sighting on the Keystone!
