Well, 23 miles was on the schedule for today. I was planning to go as far as I could up to that point, but stop the run short if the recent twinges/injuries reappeared. Thankfully they did not! I did do some extra mid-run stops for stretching. Sightings by alumni Squints and TMac helped inspire the run!
