Body felt completely beat up. Most of run mid-afternoon and needed many long walk breaks to get it done. Maybe my slowest run ever, but it still counts.

A good friend from high school was driving her 30' RV from CO to Des Moines on her way to a BMW motorcycle rally and stopped at our house for breakfast yesterday. So fun to see her - it's good to have adventurous friends :)!
