Ran a bit at home to test my achilles then drove to Fink�s house to run with him and Rich. Raul sighting on the drive. Rich joined us for middle 3.5 of his run and then had to head home.

We ran the Ramble course plus a tour of sunny Dedham hills, of which there are many. Averaged 9:30 pace early on then slowly dropped our average pace to just under 9:10. Good recovery run. The company helped me run stronger than I would have solo.

Drove by Caryl Park on way home so stopped in and hiked 3 miles in Noanet. Flexibility 30 min. Some icing and more later.
