To get 4 miles I would have had to run up Vinton and I didn't want it that bad.

The first time in awhile that I've done anything that resembled aerobic. Resembled...may not have done much. Still pretty chilly going into a stiff wind in 55 degrees at 15-20 mph.

Needed some rest so I slept in, ran around the hood and listened to "How I Built This" podcast.
Another reminder to hug your friends and family and tell them that you love them and how important they are to you and to ask for help when you need it. A young man who my kids grew up with committed suicide yesterday. Just 20 years old. Heartbreaking.
Take care everyone and have a good weekend. Hope it includes lots of hugs!

My pup has been acting like she got into a lifetime supply of caffeine so this was an attempt to wear off some of her insanity. Slow and easy run with her and a best friend on a beautiful day!
