Miles 1 -3 were 1/4-mile increases in "base" speed, w/ the last .1 being harder. Mile 4 was 1/10th on/off intervals, on intervals getting faster. Mile 5 was a hodge podge potpourri melange of cool down nonsense.

He was the writer of "Teach Your Children", although I love all of the individual songs and talents of Crosby, Stills, Nash and (sometimes) Young. Saw CSN at Omaha's Orpheum in '96 for a fabulous show.
