With Bob, Ron & Nel for trail loop to 72nd and back on Cornhusker. Not in a big hurry this morning. Bob had a lot of catching up to do. Glutes really got tight as the run went on and last couple miles got tough.

Run with Booty. Hit my goal of 1500 this year. Might go to some indoor cycling and lifting the rest of this year or run if I feel like it. Give Booty a chance to Gump me if she can.

Felt surprisingly good after my 10 Miles yesterday. My IT band is causing me grief. Prob too much Spin. And.... of course I saw some lurker. A pesky coyote around Holmes Lake. He’s a crafty one. Harasssing many Lincoln runners. Caused me to say an expletive and make an about face. Stop with the wildlife. I’m over them.

Again at work. Christmas is creeping up on me. Thank the heavens for Amazon Prime.

Have a great Sunday for me. Whoop whoop Husker Ladies. :))
