Visited Omaha South xc team and jumped in for some tempo on the track. Did 20 min. and covered just over 3 miles (6:30). Left knee still sore from racing Sunday but better. Maybe shouldn't have done that but felt ok at the time. Stubbed toe twice later that night and it's painful.
