Even though it was not that hot, the end was still very tough and I'm not sure if that was yesterday's race, being sick all week, or just not ready for hot weather yet. For the 100th time, I really dislike summer running.

Took walk breaks to deal with the heat. The Usual Suspects were worse than the heat the last 2 miles. A good run overall though.

Run, run relay, or bike this trail, mostly bikes. Shade was good when it was there, trail was in excellent shape. Mostly flat. Good scenery until the last couple of miles. Wore out a bit the last few miles. Haven't been on the bike near enough. 20 miles total. Beatrice to Holmesville to Blue Springs to Barneston.
