Sometimes we are destined to repeat our mistakes... over and over again...

My quads were barely functioning after Sat. Tried to ignore them. Ran 2.5 really slow miles on Fork Factory Brook trails. Ran 2.5 slightly less painful miles at Rocky Woods. Next stop was Powissett Farm (aka Field of Dreams). At this point I could barely walk, so I headed home. Eventually coaxed my legs into easy walking on level surfaces and did a whole bunch of that.

Group ride East and South of Hastings. Wind kept getting stronger as the ride went on. Tough to maintain momentum going up some hills! Tail wind most of the way back was great! The last couple miles were a crosswind past open fields. Got a little chilly from that! Good to hang with good friends before and after!
