Easy run to finish off my first 100+ mile week. Legs have been ok but I've had a muscle in my back causing issues since Tuesday afternoon.

Father Daughter dance went well last night. As expected my 9 yr old only wanted to dance for a few slow songs. 5yr old had me on the dance floor for pretty much everything else & was in on most of the slow songs too. The only song she ditched me for was Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. She thought that was for girls only. Good times. Unfortunately back to Colorado this afternoon for a week but then I'm in NE for an entire week.
