Mollak came and joined me on an adventure through the streets and hills of Westside, Loveland, "California" and Aksarben. Twas much fun. Then we get into the wind, and it wasn't much fun for a bit.

Treadmill at home has changed my life. Able to slowly work into a nice tempo run on a cold Thursday morning.

Even more dramatic, I scheduled my run on Tuesday to coincide with an Ohio basketball game on Roku. 35 fouls, a last second shot and 2 hours later, I had run 16 miles without even thinking about it.

BetzE very dramatic, but I still think I would notice that I was on a treadmill for two hours :)

I was so close to just not walking out the front door. The last three days at work have mentally and physically exhausted me. Seated hills and standing runs were the name of the game today. Poor Matt was coughing up a storm. Quite the duo.

I did some strength after. Capped off by a 10 min plank. It wasn't that hard because I'm pretty sure I was alseep for at least 4 of those minutes.

Thanks be to heaven that I have the day off. My Mom is swooping in and taking me to lunch.
