Went to Malvern to run the Wabash. 9 miles out and back south, water, and 6 miles out and back north. Tired but felt surprisingly good over the last few. GPS was not functional all the time but feel pretty good that I covered the full distance.

Early morning after a rough night of sleep. I did some tempo intervals yesterday on the trainer and bumped up the resistance. Now I can't get the resistance to go back to normal so I'm having to spin in an incredibly low gear to keep the cadence at something normal. That really shouldn't be a problem, but my mileage OCD is disappointed when I'm cycling at 20mph instead of 25mph at a much higher heart rate. Because I'm really going places in my basement. Staring at the wall. The wall.

Anyway, I've actually been feeling really good the last week despite my lack of sleep. Did weights and yoga after because I still had a lot of time to kill before work. Going to run 5 miles tonight and link up with the wife at the end of her 3 mile walk. Looking forward to another beautiful evening.

Had one too many glasses of wine with the Sypals last night. I had energy! Matt said I was giddy this morning. So happy to be back out with the guys. We cruised easy from the zoo. They started their HMRP from Trago, and I started my usual standard pace of uncertainty. :) Legs jello-like. Still livin day to day. They turned at 3.5, I turned at 3, we met back up at Trago. Cruised easy to the zoo. Perfect morning with these fellas.

Happy Thursday. I'm enjoying the middle day of three off. PT this am, then Heidi for strength, then accu this afternoon. And the weather!! Should be an awesome day. :D
