Sent all the tbirds as usual and then was going to run with the last group of 5 guys. About a half mile down the road, one of the kids is standing there with a pretty bad nose bleed. So, I slammed on the brakes and had a short conversation with him telling him I'd run ahead and get a van and come back and pick him up. So I did that and when I did the results, I figured out that I was still 6th fastest guy and made varsity for another year. Yay me...whatevs. Was supposed to do a 3 mile tempo run this week but just not gonna be able to make it work so I'm gonna count this as that even though it was too short and too fast.

Then tonight I'm heading out to see Bob Schneider at the Downtown Artery in Fort Collins. If you've never seen him, look him up. He's a singer songwriter out of Austin and puts on a good show. He comes to Omaha fairly regularly.

After biking and then coffee with Greg and Matt, I headed to the pool to see what I could do. Well, all I could do was pull. The guys were awesome today with their HMRP. Bryan, Jason, Matt and Greg tore it up!! I was so proud of them. I tootled along on my bike. My hamstring is not in a good place. :/ Acupuncture and then more PT today with Matt. He says to just exercise patience. I say, What's that? He says, a virtue. :)
