Quick trip to the pool before early work. Felt good!! It's amazing how much better I do in the water when I'm not running 45 miles a week. Hmm.

Pacing assignments came out for Hallfsy. Looks like I'll be leading the 2:00 group to glory again this year. :D Well, let's say....1:57ish. :)
