Felt kinda smooth this morning!

Saw Hip doctor yesterday. Doing a steroid pack & then 2 weeks of presciption anti-inflammatory and seeing how hip is before doing a shot.

All good, I really like how the approach is so much different than it was 10 years ago! They don't want to tell you to stop doing things given changes & advances in technology.
