Late afternoon/early evening run. Same area as yesterday. Felt fried today, which makes sense. Glad it's not as warm as it usually is here this time of year. Lucked out in that department. 292 miles for July, with an average of just over 11 miles/day. Took 5 days off in July, with 4 of them last week while doing all the biking up in Maine. Not too bad. Good progress.

Morning about 3 miles. Evening track workout at X. Warm up 4+ miles with 5 x 100 strides. 400, 800, 1200, 1200, 800, 400 with 400 jog rest. Cool down 4 miles listening to my running shoes squelch with each step.

First track workout since last fall. Ran smoothly throughout with really consistent splits. Very happy with workout.
