Too cold to run this morning; lazy most of the day; pushing buttons on the mill (in the basement of sadness).

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!! Hope 2019 is an amazing year for you and your families!

This run was supposed to be a tempo, but I have been getting a cold for the past few days and my head felt like it was 300 pounds. So I opted for a short and easy run.

Song of the day: "Armor" by Sara Bareilles. Great way to kick off 2019!

Happy New Year! Not as bad out as I imagined or as it was yesterday afternoon. Took as long to get ready / undressed as it did to put the miles in. Felt like and probably looked like Ralphie’s little brother. Good thing I didn’t fall down. Stay warm.

Mill before work. Smiling about the new year. New prospects, new adventures. Really a new life for me. I couldn't be more hopeful. :) Hope you all have the joy and blessings a new year can bring. Thanks for always being supportive. I'm just very thankful for everything that has happened to me. Doing what I love to do (running) to bring in 2019 is icing on the cake.

Happy New Year, from the hospital.
