Song of the day: "These Days" by Jackson Browne. Inspired by Billie Lourd posting her singing and playing this song a few days ago on the 2nd anniversary of the passing of her mother, Carrie Fisher. Jackson wrote this classic when he was 16, and Billie carries on a tradition of wonderful interpretations of it--Nico, Gregg Allman, St. Vincent, Drake and others have covered "These Days".

Felt good to run outside after running on the mill all week. Thought I was going to move ahead of Booty in the Honeygump but I came home and she was doing a double on the treadmill today. She's sneaky.

Nice run with the wassEone.

Lots of ol' school training talk, Roy Benson Style...loved using that back in the day.

My 'mates always told me to knock it off, that it didn't work...but it honestly did for me.

Hey Rudy and Booty New Years Eve Plans? LOL!
