Not very motivated nor energetic. Felt a twinge in the achilles and cut it a little short.

Had the day off so it was a good time to do some catch up miles. Booty is still putting the pedal to the metal and is going to be hard to catch. It Was really cold out there and I was thankful the sun was out.

Needed these endorphins bad. Prob overdid it. Especially since I did spin earlier. Legs jello. But needed this run.

Poor Molly has been super sick. Back to school today.

Been busy around here.

Song of the day: "Jack-Ass" by Beck. Don't let the title scare you, folks. Also, an awesome cameo in the video by Willie Nelson. And just to clarify...neither Beck nor Mr. Nelson are J-A's.

Omaha [20181207]: Too Cold to Talk

Mollak and I, on the mean streets of Aksarben Village and the Keystone Trail; S was very chilly (hard to talk chilly (for me)), N was decent!

Cheers to the weekend!

F3 Omaha [20181207]: 15 of Dis, 15 of Dat

Mollak and I parted ways, he headed towards Westside, I to the parking garage @ 67 & Pacific (the "winter quarters" of F3's The Woodshed).

A little moseying in between rounds of 15 of this, 15 of that, 15 of the other and 15 of another; fun!

This F3 thing has really done a number on me; I'm stronger, for sure, but, my diet is still terrible, so I the spare tire remains. Le Sigh.
