F3 Omaha [20181023]: Brasília de la Q¡!

Always humbling when the Q (leader) has a workout w/ some pull-ups in it. Ol' CJS can't do 'em, even w/ help.

Also, poor Jimmy. He was my partner, tried to spot me and was just disgusted by the amount of sweat on my ankles. Ha!

Miles came in the form of some running around the area; good workout, for sure.

Omaha [20181023]: WAY too fast; Pre F3 5k @ 5

Me, Jimmy ("Hootenanny") and Pablo; surprise cameo by Squintz!
WAY too damn fast for ol' CJS, gassed a bit by the end.
