Lower back problems for over a week. Last Sunday I couldn't walk. Still having some pain and plenty of stiffness but I'm also going stir crazy from the lack of activity. It was ok as long as I went super slow.

Late start because the timer guy’s pickup broke down and they had to go get him. Not too bad out but the moisture made it uncomfortable and the brick road a bit slick. Congrats to Scott on the win in the 5k. Our guided bike tour on Kearney history was just postponed because of the weather so got some free time on our hands.

Enjoyed Roca Berry Farm yesterday...we discovered last year, making annual event here vs. Valas, it's definitely worth the drive just south of Lincoln.

Before my last shift of three in a row. Maybe I was happy about that, or thrilled about a good night’s sleep, or just feeling satisfied—whatever the reason, this run felt so good. Really desperately need this mojo to continue right now. Ann and I having coffee this week to talk plans. :)
