I was only going to go 10, but I've cleaned up my eating this last week and it's paying out huge dividends. I've felt so good with every run this week including this one, so I went 12 and was pleasantly surprised with my average pace! Good stuff!

Papillion [20180923]: Run/Bike - Workout - Run/Bike

The Boy on his bike, and I on my feet, had just settled in for some activity in the street; when out of nowhere, came a pond, Halleck, quite neat; we did some calisthenics, before heading back home next; for some father and son time that can’t be beat.
