Hill workout at Mercer. Warm up 3.5 miles. 10 x 90 sec up Mercer hill with jog down rest. Cool down 3 miles.

Really hot! Barely made it through first mile of warm up, but then it got better and was just miserable.

Surprisingly very consistent on hills. Ran fairly smooth and under control for all of them. End points for all 10 were within a few steps of each other. Ran with Rachel plus a few with Keeilin and Brenda. Pace about 8:20.
