We started out dry for about 5 miles - last 2 were pretty rainy and windy. But, good time with Theresa.
Happy Wednesday!

Debated on what cross training event I should commit myself to this morning....settled on spin. Not really settled...it was nice. Dark room, I pushed my bike right next to the rainy window to feel the outside. :). Loud music and four heavy seated hills. 3, 4, 5, and 6 minutes long. Solo and in my head. I was telling someone yesterday at work how my focus has changed. So much more to me now than how many miles I ran this week. Thank God.

Have a great HumpDay.
