Dropped pickup at Yeck's this morning and it needed to stay overnight so ran home from BU office. Not a bad run, esp. w/a tail wind today. A bit of up and down in the route up Ft. Crook, then Fairview and home on Dyson Hollow. Just took it very easy with all my aches and pains.

This was such a tough run today. Going into the wind was a lot of work but the second half was a tailwind. Stopped a couple times to walk a few short steps. Pretty bad when a 4 mile run trashes you. Felt my age today I think. :)

Brisk comes to mind. Strange morning. As I hit the corner south of the house there was a pickup idling mid block. I was going to turn around and head north but the pickup backed up the street, across the highway. As I headed that way they drove past me, went around the block, and drove down the highway past me again. No sidewalk there so I jumped up on the grass. They went around a few more blocks and came past me again. By the time I got to the main intersection, they headed north out of town. Quiet the rest of the way.
