Ran with my 6 year old. 10 year old finally figured out how to use the GPS on her Garmin. It was so hot and humid that they shortened the distance. I get to pace the 6 yr old for her first Downtown Runaround tomorrow in the 2.1 mile.

Just a very nice yoga session today. "Racing" tomorrow--i.e., perhaps a faster slow than usual. It will be warm and muggy. It's a 5K at 50.

Some here know I do not like to race much but now that I'm slow, yes I am, and "old," it has a different feel to it. The time is irrelevant at this point. #JustKeepMoving #CanRunAt50 #A body in motion stays in motion. :))
