Had the alarm set to get this one done early, but woke up with a cold so decided that some extra hours of sleep were in order. This one felt pretty good, mile warm up and mile cool down with two miles on and one mile off. On miles were 7:47, 7:48, 7:31, 7:38, 7:28, 7:24.

Fell back to sleep after my alarm. Woke up at 4:55 and ran out the door @ 4:58. Ran 6:16 for my first mile to meet Betsy, Theresa, jimmy and Dave. Luckily I was able to see them running away after they got tired of waiting for me and I chased them down. Another beautiful morning!

30 week ultrasound for baby Mollak today. Looking forward to seeing the little one.

Another fine run with CJS! Brandon faxed out, Colleen said she was sleeping in. Talk included races, restaurants, Carl's kids' activities, and Betsy's send off (to matrimony!) run. I finally returned Carl's Ranch Bowl book, which was another occasion to bemoan the loss of that great venue.
