Futbol tourney in Council Bluffs. Staying by Ameristar and ran the trail north and south with an extension over the pedestrian bridge. Got a little later start than planned so cut it at 17.5 instead of 20. Quads were heavy at 15 but perked up a little later. Saw a lot of deer along the river approx. 15, all does.

40 minutes of core and yoga. 29,000 steps logged yesterday and my legs are feeling it. Tired.

East girls are State Runner-Up in XC! So proud of the entire team. Hard working, dedicated bunch of girls and coaches. And they are just so darn nice. Really happy for Molly. It's not easy being number 8 on a XC team. I thought she handled it pretty well. :)

I'm so glad I was there to see Mazie run. She just is a thing of beauty out there on the course. So very impressive.

Happy to see everyone out there. It was a beautiful day.

Congrats East High Spartans!! Whoop Whoop! Andrea is so proud. I am sure of it. :)
